These terms govern your use of Inner, the academy management platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Inner provides software for managing a Jiu Jitsu academy — members, memberships and billing, scheduling and attendance, retail, marketing, reporting, and related member and instructor portals. We may add, change, or retire features over time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under accounts you create for your staff. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Your organization owns the data it enters into Inner — member records, financial records, attendance, and content. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that data in order to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the necessary permissions from your members to store their information with us.
Platform fees are priced per academy and billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Usage-based charges, where applicable, are billed in arrears. Fees are exclusive of taxes. We will give notice before changing prices.
Do not use Inner to break the law, to send unsolicited communications, to interfere with the service or its security, or to access data you are not authorized to access.
You may stop using Inner at any time. We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms. Following termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deleting it in line with our retention practices.
Inner is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, and our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
