This policy explains what information Inner collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Account information you provide (name, email, academy details); data your academy enters about its members, staff, schedules, and transactions; and technical information generated by using the service, such as device, browser, and log data.
To operate and improve Inner, to bill for the service, to provide support, to keep the platform secure, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal information.
When an academy uses Inner to manage its members, the academy decides what is collected and why; Inner processes that data on the academy's behalf. Members should direct requests about their information to their academy, and we will assist the academy in responding.
We share information with service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, payments, email delivery) under contracts that restrict their use of it, and when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
We keep information for as long as an account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. Financial and attendance records are kept as append-only history and are corrected by reversal rather than edited.
We use organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encrypted connections, hashed credentials, and tenant isolation between organizations.
You can update your account information in the product, and you may contact us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to the obligations described above.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the product or by email.
